Erica Glazer is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 26 years of clinical experience, including over 19 years specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of Lyme disease and associated co-infections, serving patients throughout the highly endemic regions of New York and Connecticut. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Distinction from Pace University Nursing Program and was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing in recognition of academic excellence.

Her clinical background spans women’s health, college health, internal medicine, and urgent care, providing a strong foundation in both acute and chronic care management across diverse patient populations.

Since 2008, Erica has worked closely with Dr. Liegner in the care of patients with Lyme disease and other tick-borne and complex chronic conditions. This extensive clinical experience has shaped her focus on complex multi-system conditions, including Lyme disease, Bartonella, Babesia, dysautonomia/POTS, mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), and other persistent inflammatory and multi system illnesses.

In October of 2024 she joined the practice of Dr. Steven Phillips, another world-renowned expert in the field of tick-borne illness, learning his approach in treating these infections enhancing her already extensive knowledge. She remained with his practice up until its closing in June of 2026.

She is committed to an individualized, patient-centered model of care, recognizing that no two patients present or respond to treatment in the same way. Her approach emphasizes careful clinical evaluation, pattern recognition across body systems, and collaborative treatment planning tailored to each patient’s unique physiology and history. Erica is particularly dedicated to caring for patients who have struggled to find answers within conventional medical settings. Through a compassionate and thorough approach, she works to build strong therapeutic alliances that support long-term healing, trust, and continuity of care.
